Appearance: Fubuki has long, dark brown hair that flows just past shoulder length. Most of it, including his bangs and fringe, is straight, although the hair at the back curls up at the ends. His eyes are the same color as his hair, surrounded by somewhat feminine lashes and accented by black eyeliner.

Clothing-wise, Fubuki tends to wear one of two outfits. The first is simpler, consisting of a red Hawaiian shirt decorated with yellow flowers, dark brown long shorts with multiple pockets, and simple brown sandals. The second is more complex. Black pants and a black jumper are covered with a white trenchcoat. On the sleeves of this coat, near the ends, there is a small, pale blue strap with a small gold button. The collar and the bottom of his trenchcoat are lined with the same pale blue. Around the neck of the coat is a dark blue strap, rimmed in pale blue and fastened by a gold button. From this strap, two pale blue lines point downwards, curving inwards on a diagonal and meeting at the middle of the coat.

Topping off this ensemble are fluffy, dark blue-gray cat ears, as well as a long, bushy cat tail in the same color. His teeth are also somewhat more pointed than usual human teeth, and his nails grow to a point.
Personality: Fubuki is naturally cheerful, with a tendency to be rather bouncy and uncontrollable. He also has a habit of creating elaborate plans, often in attempt to matchmake. It's unclear whether he's doing this actually because he believes the people he's pairing are a good couple, or simply for his own amusement. He's something of a show-off, finding it practically impossible to do something simply if a more dramatic option is available. He tends to get on well with people, which is almost somewhat surprising due to his short attention span. Despite the fact that he seems to have trouble listening to them, however, Fubuki possesses a natural charm that seems to win people over anyway. He also has a habit of using this charm by hitting on practically everyone he meets, regardless of gender (and at times, species).

He can occasionally get somewhat depressed if the topic of Yusuke comes up, or if he thinks about Yusuke too much; he believes he should still be trying to find his friend. He's also quite defensive over his ears and tail, and at times can be quite unpleasant if someone insults them. As the tail especially is rather sensitive, having it pulled or stepped on will temporarily put him in a bad mood. Neither depression nor bad moods can last long for Fubuki, however.
Abilities/Strengths: Fubuki is rather athletic, something that is only helped by being part cat. He's a fast runner, and a good climber, particularly enjoying climbing trees. Being part cat also means he can jump pretty high and far - although it doesn't mean he lands on his feet when he falls. He's able to naturally charm most people, and tends to have the good sense to avoid those who truly dislike him. Fubuki is also skilled at the Duel Monsters card game, and tends to grasp other games fast. He would probably be pretty skilled at games such as chess, except that he finds them boring. The purple mask he carries with him would also most likely give him some sort of special abilities; however, as of yet he is unsure of its purpose.
Weaknesses: Fubuki tends to always want to be the one talking, to the point that he has trouble listening to others a lot of the time. In general, he has a very short attention span anyway. He also has no real sense of danger. And an absolutely crippling love of tuna.
Notable Possessions: His duel disk, two Duel Monsters decks (one containing Beast-Warrior monsters, and the other Dragon monsters), a black cat collar with a silver tag reading "10jouin Fubuki", and a purple spiked mask with pale blue gems for eyes and a red gem in the forehead.

History: Fubuki was born in Japan, and when he was quite young he developed a love for the card game Duel Monsters. He joined the specialist highschool Duel Academia, located on a remote island, and there met the two people who would become his best friends, Marufuji Ryo and Fujiwara Yusuke.

The three of them became the elite, joining the honours dorm and each receiving a white uniform, like Fubuki's one. Soon after, Yusuke began to research the force Darkness. Fubuki found out about it and attempted to stop Yusuke, but was too late. He got there as Yusuke summoned Darkness, at which point Yusuke's body was destroyed, and he left Fubuki with only a strange masl. Due to part of the ritual, at this point everyone who had known Yusuke forgot that he had ever existed, except for Fubuki.

Later on, the alchemy teacher of Duel Academia, Daitoukuji-sensei, began to organise extra-curricular duels, which were secretly a front to collect members for an Organization known as the Seven Stars. Fubuki dueled against him and won, at which point he should have become a member of the group. However, it was at this point that he was brought to Econtra.
